Heber Clawson is a 16-year-old self-taught baker from Perry, Utah. He is mesmerizing people with cake decorating videos on his Instagram channel @cakesbyheber. Heber is often asked how he acquired 100,000 Instagram followers. He responds that he honestly does not know. It may not be apparent to him, but we know why he has an impressive following; his cakes are stunning and he has a down-to-earth charm. Heber has inspired many with the notion that you do not have to have the best of everything to try—when he began, most of his tools were purchased from Walmart and a cookie sheet served as the backdrop for his pictures. Grandpa Nielson’s worked during the school year as a teacher and started a produce stand to help provide income during the summer in the 1930’s. We interview his granddaughter Janna Tyler about what makes this family bushiness so unique. You won’t get sticker fruit  at this store but you can find over 35 different kinds of Peaches. Located at 2055 S. Highway 89 in Perry Utah.
